Thanks for choosing Nic and Nick Home ("we," "us"). These terms cover our virtual interior design services. When you book or buy a service from us, you're agreeing to these terms, so please give them a read.

1. What's included
Each package lists exactly what you'll get. Depending on the package, that can include:

• A design consultation

• Mood boards

• A space plan / furniture layout

• Paint color selections

• Fixed-finish selections (tile, flooring, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware)

• Bathroom design

• rounds of revisions

Typical delivery time is listed on the purchase listing after we receive everything we need from you.

2. What's not included
Unless your package says otherwise, virtual design services don't include:

• Buying, sourcing, ordering, or delivering furniture and décor

• Construction, installation, or project management

• Architectural, engineering, structural, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing design

• Permit drawings

• In-person site visits

If you'd like to talk about a full renovation with us, just ask. That's handled under a separate agreement.

3. Your part
Our recommendations are based on the photos, measurements, and information you send us. Please make sure they're accurate. Before you buy, order, or install anything, confirm dimensions, fit, and clearances on site. You're also responsible for:

• Making sure any work done in your home follows local building codes, HOA rules, and permit requirements

• Having that work done by properly licensed contractors

4. Recommendations, not guarantees
We take a lot of care in choosing colors, finishes, and layouts. Even so:

• Colors and materials can look different in person than on a screen or in photos.

• Product availability, pricing, and specifications are set by the retailers and manufacturers and can change.

We always recommend getting physical samples before you commit.

5. Payment
Prices are listed on each service page and are charged in U.S. dollars at checkout or through a secure pay link. [Packages are paid in full at booking and the balance is due before we deliver your final design.] Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square). We never see or store your full card number.

6. All sales final
All payments, including deposits, are final and non-refundable. The only exception is the one in our Refund & Cancellation Policy: if we can't deliver a service for reasons on our end. That policy is part of these terms. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at hello@nicandnickhome.com. We'll do our best to make it right.

7. Revisions and timelines
Your package includes the number of revision rounds listed. Extra revisions or scope changes are billed at $250/hour or as a quote we agree on before we start. If we're waiting on information from you for more than 7 days, we may close out your project. Just reach out when you're ready to pick it back up.

8. Who owns the design, and our portfolio
Once you've paid in full, you're free to use your design for your own home. We keep ownership of our design work and materials. Please don't resell our designs or use them commercially.

By booking with us, you agree that we may share photos of your space, your mood boards, renderings, and design plans in our portfolio, on our website, on social media, and in our marketing. We'll never include anything that identifies you, such as names, addresses, house numbers, faces, or exterior shots that could identify your home. 9. Our responsibility
We'll provide our services with care and professional skill. We aren't responsible for:

• Products purchased from third-party retailers

• Work done by contractors we didn't hire or supervise

• Problems caused by inaccurate information given to us

To the extent New Jersey law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Jersey or federal consumer protection law.

10. About our title
Nic and Nick Home provides interior design and space planning services.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you book is the one that applies to your purchase.
