At Nic and Nick Home, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Contact and booking details: your name, email, phone number, address/ZIP, and the appointments you book.
Project information: photos, videos, measurements, floor plans, and your notes about your home and style.
Payment information: handled directly by our payment processors (Squarespace Payments/Stripe, PayPal, [Square]). We receive confirmation of payment and limited details like the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
Website data: basic analytics and cookies, such as pages visited, device, browser, and general location, collected through Squarespace [and Google Analytics / Meta Pixel].
How we use it
To schedule and run your appointments and deliver your design
To process payments, send receipts and reminders, and keep records of your agreement to our policies
To answer your questions and give you support
To improve our website and services
To send you occasional emails, but only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the service providers that help us run the business. Those include our website and scheduling platform (Squarespace), payment processors, email tools, and analytics providers. We may also share it if the law requires us to. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context targeted advertising [unless you've allowed advertising cookies].
Photos of your home
We use the photos, measurements, and details you send us to create your design. We're proud of our work, so we may also share it in our portfolio, on our website, on social media, and in our marketing. That can include:
Before and after photos of your space
Mood boards, renderings, and design plans
Photos of the finished room
We never share anything that identifies you. That means no names, street addresses, house numbers, faces, family photos, license plates, or exterior shots that could identify your home. We remove or crop out anything like that before we post. [If you'd rather we didn't share your project at all, tell us before your design is delivered and we'll keep it private.]
How long we keep it
We keep project files for about 3 years so we can help with follow-up questions. Payment records are kept as long as tax rules require. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

Security
We use reputable platforms and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Still, no system online is 100% secure.
Kids
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
