Our Services.

We turn "what if" into "welcome home." No fluff, no buzzwords, just sharp design and craftsmanship done right the first time.

Our process? We listen like a therapist, plan like an architect of everyday life, and build like the details matter, because they do. Nic designs it. Nick builds it. You get a home that looks incredible, feels like you, and works the way you live.

When to Bring In Your Design and Build Team

Homeowners often wonder when to call a designer and when to call a contractor. Our answer: call both, early. Great renovations start long before the first wall comes down, and the most successful projects are the ones where design and construction plan together from day one.

If you're renovating a kitchen or bathroom, changing a layout, adding built-ins, or updating a home you just bought, a design-led construction team can make a real difference in both the process and the result.

Nic leads the design side: space planning, layouts, finish selections, lighting plans, and renderings that show you exactly what you're getting. Nick leads the build, bringing that plan to life with expert carpentry and remodeling. With design and construction under one roof, nothing gets lost in translation. Decisions get made with the build in mind, and the build follows the plan.

At Nic & Nick Home, clients value a clear plan, a predictable process, and a finished home that feels cohesive, livable, and built right.

Signs It's Time to Call Us

  • You're overwhelmed by options and don't want to guess

  • You're making structural or layout changes

  • You want your kitchen, bath, and living spaces to feel connected

  • You'd rather not juggle a designer and a contractor separately

  • You want to avoid costly mistakes and change orders mid-build

The Best Time to Start

Design comes first, and it takes time to do well. We recommend starting the design process three to six months before you want construction to begin. That gives us room to finalize layouts, lock in selections, and order materials with longer lead times, so everything is ready when it's time to build.

Our construction calendar also books out in advance, so starting design early is the best way to save your spot on the build schedule.

If you're in Central New Jersey and planning a renovation, now is the perfect time to start the conversation. The sooner we plan, the smoother it builds.
